Service rep Brianna Thibodeaux made my visit to Bryan a five-star experience. My car had to be kept longer than usual, but Brianna respected my time and any inconvenience by making sure I had transportatio five-star experience. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and documented my concerns which were also flagged by the mysuburu app as issues my car was experiencing. My service technician spoke to me without introducing himself or even looking at me while he spoke. Chalked up my issue as a “glitch” and it was never mentioned again. My oil was changed quickly and I picked the car up, nothing noted that they even checked on the problems I was experiencing. I got my husband to call and try to get some information as I figured speaking to a male instead of me may get something accomplished but we were just told to “call if it happens again”. More
