Came in for 24,000 miles service. I had a coupon from Subaru of America. Unfortunately timing as my coupon had expired just three weeks prior to my service date and after spending hal I had a coupon from Subaru of America. Unfortunately timing as my coupon had expired just three weeks prior to my service date and after spending half and hour on the phone with SOA they just kept saying there wasn’t anything they could do and just told me no when I asked if they would renew the coupon since it had not been used. They said SOA changed their policy in 2024 and would no longer renew or issue new coupons. I explained this situation to the service manager at Bryan Subaru and they were kind enough to cover the majority of the cost of my service visit. Even though the coupon from SOA was for $250 my service was going to cost around $200 out of pocket. Bryan Subaru covered most of it and I only had to pay for a tire rotation which was about $35. I’m glad Bryan Subaru cares about customer satisfaction because it is VERY apparent that Subaru of America DOES NOT care about their customers, only revenue. More
