I experienced a potentially challenging issue that was made easier to address thanks to the efforts of Jeff Delange and the Tech, Luis (?), who rode with me and provided real support and answers. I did have some amount of confusion identifying the staff who actually assisted me; while my messages were being sent to one member of the staff, I was actually speaking with another. Tuesday was the 10 day of a 20 day Texas/Louisiana Road Trip. My left rear tire developed a slow leak. It was easy to make an early appointment but arrived as first customer. Jeff checked me in, Richard Trip. My left rear tire developed a slow leak. It was easy to make an early appointment but arrived as first customer. Jeff checked me in, Richard took over when he arrived. Besides a slow leak in the tire, my 2021 Outback was due an oil change. I couldn’t be happier with my experience….it took an hour to fix the leak (no charge), change the oil, and wash the car (no charge). Jeff and especially Richard were patient and kept me in the loop as the service was performed. This is wat I call “Service with a Smile!!” Also big kudos on the clean, bright, comfortable, and welcoming waiting area. Coffee and snacks were a plus. I have to say the bathrooms were spotless..probably cleaner than my home!!! Thank you Bryan Subaru. More
