Fantastic service! We took our Outback in for a battery inspection as we’d been having trouble with it. After taking our car back, they offered to Uber us a ride home w We took our Outback in for a battery inspection as we’d been having trouble with it. After taking our car back, they offered to Uber us a ride home which we refused because we had time to kill and didn’t mind hanging out. The communication was fantastic. They told us what was happening at every stage of the process. We left with a new battery (under warranty) and they fixed the close/lock button in the back hatch as well. I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped us (she was filling in – she normally works as a cashier), but she did a great job. This whole experience was one more reason why we are SO glad we switched to Subaru. More
