I had a flat tire right before a long holiday weekend. The staff at Bryan told me to bring the car in, they provided an Uber to take me back home and worked me in to fix my tire. They did a multi-point check up and they updated me via text concerning the fix. I got my car back by 1:30, tire fixed and they even washed my car. Richard is the best. Service was extremely slow. I waited 30 minutes to even be checked in and the oil change took an hour and a half. No one should have to wait 2 hours for an oil change.
