I bought my '18 Subaru Forester from Bryan Subaru in March 2018. I've always had my car serviced by the Bryan Service Department, and they've always been friendly and helpful. My latest 25,000 mile oil March 2018. I've always had my car serviced by the Bryan Service Department, and they've always been friendly and helpful. My latest 25,000 mile oil change and wheel rotation was supposedly my last covered by my warranty, so I've yet to pay for service. Their new Subaru Service Center is super clean, new, and nice. Plenty of space to spread out, lots of free coffee, drinks, and snacks, a big TV, free (actually pretty fast) WiFi, and even a really big nice kids play area. My interaction this last time was with Brian Guzzardi, and he was great. Cool dude who communicated everything that was going on with my car and made sure he answered whatever questions I had. I will definitely keep getting my service taken care of there in future. More
