The Service Advisor was Jeff Delange. He was very professional and very attentive to a problem with my sunroof when the car was brought in for routine oil change and tire rotation. He fully explaine professional and very attentive to a problem with my sunroof when the car was brought in for routine oil change and tire rotation. He fully explained how the problem was addressed and corrected. I appreciate that the matter was handled at the same time as the routine maintenance without having to bring the car back for a separate servicing and especially that it was all handled in about 4 hours.
