Workin' outside the box and expectations Went to start looking at the used car market to see what I could find for my son, senior in high school. The lot seemed completely beyond my price range and the sales person agreed. The lot manager jumped in and told me he had the perfect car for my son. It was a 1 in a million possibility (a 22 yr old car with 37K miles) but it was there. Gave me a great discount on the car. The process went so fast that I forgot to hit all the buttons to make sure they worked. The radio and its speakers were shot, which I did not notice until after the sale was completed. Best car buying experience! My husband and I showed up at the car lot at about 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. They were very busy. They kept telling us someone would be with us as My husband and I showed up at the car lot at about 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. They were very busy. They kept telling us someone would be with us as soon as possible, so we looked around awhile and got a better idea of what we were looking for. Kathy helped us. We told her what we had to work with and what kind of vehicle we were interested in buying. She listened to us and got us into exactly what we were looking for at a price we could afford. They even ordered us new Dodge floor mats because one was missing. Plus we got a great price for our trade in. Kathy and the two gentlemen that took care of our financing and paperwork all stayed well past closing time to get our deal done so that we could take our new dodge home. They all went above and beyond to take care of us. I will tell anyone I know looking for a vehicle to go to Buchanan Auto Park and see Kathy.
