Let's start with with I only gave you one star in this review because there wasn't an option for anything less for the crap service you have provided. I have bought 3 dodge duallys from this dealership th review because there wasn't an option for anything less for the crap service you have provided. I have bought 3 dodge duallys from this dealership the first 2 experiences were good, the last however started with a long drive to come see a truck I was told available only to arrive and find out it didn't exist. I settled for a very newly used truck on your lot and had asked for a few scratches to be fixed and a ball for the gooseneck. The salesman promised he would buy one if they (sales manager) wouldn't include in the deal. When deal was finished neither the scratches or ball was included and the salesman didn’t follow thru as promised. I was hassled to use the dealerships financing after I told them I was using my bank in which I stuck with. Upon having to return to the dealership to pick up vehicle to sign paperwork I was given the keys by the salesman who sneakily tried to hide one of the keys in which was severally damaged (by placing the good key on top of the damaged key in a way I may haven’t seen the damage if I hadn’t picked it up to look at). The finance manager ordered a new one. So now trip 3 to pick up new key to get programmed. The system was down and work wasn’t able to be performed. This was my first meeting with Mike the Manager who I was able to vent all our previous issues to, he then scheduled to have scratches fixed and reimbursed me for the gooseneck ball. Trip 4 got to dealership to drop truck off and given a rental car that was never cleaned and completely gross inside with enough gas to get to the sheetz right up the street. Biggest issue now is I got my registration in the mail and the vehicle is registered at 7,ooo pounds and it is a 14,000 pound truck, also it is titled to me personally and not my company which is why and for what I bought said truck for. Trip 5 return title and provide all my company info again so they can fix in early November. Still no word, no responses to emails, no return calls. Truck was bought August 2020 it’s now January 2021 I have given them plenty of time to fix. More

I am baffled by the whole experience with Buchanan. I am Active Duty military, in transient, home for the holidays. I called Saturday, with the intent to buy and was told the vehicle was on another lot, Active Duty military, in transient, home for the holidays. I called Saturday, with the intent to buy and was told the vehicle was on another lot, which i couldn't go to. Sunday, i locked in the price and scheduled an appointment Monday 830. Arrived today (Monday) and they were surprised to see me, but they had my phone number and name? No car to see, so the manager said they would drive it to my brother in-laws once they picked it up from the other lot. When i contacted the associate to see when he'd be here, he seemed surprised and said they sold the car. By far the worst service ever. I never write reviews, but this was so bad i had to say something. More

The salesman knew NOTHING about his product. I asked about the diesel additive and he responded he was no chemist but the gauge was on the dash, the gauge he pointed to was the temperature gauge not the diesel additive. My wife and I just wanted to test drive the Eco-Diesel and we were greeted by multiple salesmen but nobody got us the keys or a plate, after 20 minutes we finally backed the truck out of the spot but the salesman "had to go enter us into the system". After waiting over 10 minutes we went into the still blaring music showroom only to find him working with another couple at his desk. Complete waste of time, I tossed the keys on a desk and we departed. We can spend $65,000 somewhere that knows how to treat a customer. More

We went in and the staff was fantastic very welcoming and attentive to our needs and wants. We got paired up with Xavier and he was amazing he went through the process with us and we looked at the jeep we wanted to trade in for took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. We went into the dealership and talked numbers come to find out that it just wasn't feasible for us financially at the moment to purchase this jeep. We went back to the drawing board and Xavier worked really hard with his boss to help us with a deal but it just wasn't working out. We were disappointed but then we said about a truck for more room and possibly lower payments. Xavier crunched numbers and said he found a truck we might be interested in so we went and looked at it. I had butterflies in my stomach because I didn't know what the outcome of today's visit was going to be: was I going home with a new lowered payment car or was I stuck in a financial hold? Xavier brought the 2020 truck around and instantly fell in love with it and just knew that it was the one for us. We crunched numbers and once again we were stuck with the hardship of can we afford this truck. Time and time again Xavier and the team at Buchanan Auto Park worked with us and we are VERY happy that we got to walk out of the dealership leasing this truck! Me and my fiance can't thank everyone enough for everything they did to make our truck dreams come true! We are greatly appreciated and will forever come to Buchanan Auto Park for any vehicle needs! :) More
Stay far away from this dealership and their used lot next door. Leased a Renegade from them in 2016 and they never stopped calling about getting me to trade in another car of mine. When we did decide to look into trading in the other car, they gave us an estimated trade in value, yet once we were there they offered 1/5 of the estimated amount. They also told us that because of credit issues that the bank said they had to charge $6000 more for the used van they were trying to sell us. Needless to say we walked away. As we got close to the end of our lease we were told we "must" come in for a pre lease end inspection. There was no inspection, but a scare tactic to get us to buy a new car by telling us to buy out our lease has going to cause us to have a payment double the amount we were paying. We walked again. Then I got a message that we had to bring our vehicle to them, and them only to turn it in or buy it out. And that I had to bring it in on the same day my last payment was due. All of this was false. When I reached out about ending the lease, I was told the management team would contact me. Well after 2 weeks, I told them never mind, I had found out that I could complete everything at my new dealership, so good riddance to Buchanan. They lost 2 sales in one month from my family, one this lease buyout and the other a brand new Pacifica. More
