Hi Jim, Jonathan has tried to call you a few times. The Discount was for 10% off up to 50.00 off max which is why it wasnt the full 10% and taxes are extra. Jonathan would be happy to go over this in detail if you would like to call him back. It wasnt anything about us marking anything up. We honored the coupon as it was given.

Appreciate your response to my review, but it's not entirely true. The quote I received from the parts department for the hitch and wiring was $545.00 - hitch 230, harness 315. I was charged $565.00 - hitch 240, harness 325.00. You are correct, there was a limit of $50.00 on the coupon that I missed, but you washed out $20.00 of that savings with the price hike on the parts quote to me by your parts department. I do still have the email from Mr. Potts. We're both wrong, I guess. Also, I do not have any correspondence from your dealership. That's OK.
