They got me in promptly, allowed me to pick the services I wanted with only a couple of recommendations, but it was a no pressure scenario which was pleasant for a change. Took my car for diagnosis. It was also time to change a few things before the diagnosis was given to me they worked on other things that needed to be done TechGnosis fix end up It was also time to change a few things before the diagnosis was given to me they worked on other things that needed to be done TechGnosis fix end up being $13,000 of course not able to pay any of that now I’m out of $1 200 for the few things I want to change to my vehicle Placing additional $13,000 for the repair if I decide to make it I feel like I should have been advice first the diagnosis of repair we’re going to be that much money and then I will have to make that decision if the rest would’ve been done . I feel that they should have wait until the diagnosis was done so they could make the rest of the changes or communication I believe between both of us. More
There has been a lot of lack of good service. Comparing of what it was before this new company has a lot to grow. I have two cars that I have brought to this place for years with not complaints, Comparing of what it was before this new company has a lot to grow. I have two cars that I have brought to this place for years with not complaints, however I know they’re new but there’s a lack of follow ups in service and the work they’ve done is not comparable for what it used to be. Definitely there’s a lot of differences from a family own company for what is now a corporate that is more interested in production than costumer service. Unfortunately, after taken my cars 3 times and some issues haven’t been resolved is time to look for another place to give a chance and start over. More

Courteous, efficient, quality service. However, I don't like the new practice of charging a 3% fee when using credit card, and using the alternative of a debit card is not desired.
