I have had a mixed experience here. There have been several miscommunications. They do seem to try to improve service. I appreciate the shuttle service. There have been several miscommunications. They do seem to try to improve service. I appreciate the shuttle service. More
I can honestly say this dealership will go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I recently left a review out of anger from having to pay a few more bucks than expected and Doug who’ way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I recently left a review out of anger from having to pay a few more bucks than expected and Doug who’s the manager here personally made sure to reach out to me and figure out a solution. I then teamed up with Bailey and Jason who are advisors in the service department and they helped me out expeditiously! I spoke with several different technicians and visited a few different “repair” spots just to have them tell me they were completely clueless on what was going on with my vehicle. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate the love and gratitude I was shown from this amazing team! More

The first time I visited Auburn VW after Bud Clary took over, they tried to sell me a package of 3 oil changes. My car gets an oil change once a year. Seemed like asking a customer for a loan to me. The over, they tried to sell me a package of 3 oil changes. My car gets an oil change once a year. Seemed like asking a customer for a loan to me. The last time I visited was within the last 1-2 weeks. They didn't fill up my oil all the way. My oil light came on for the first time ever, 2 days ago when I left for a road trip to Pullman, WA. I had to stop in Bellevue to check the oil. There was literally NONE on the dipstick. A AAA worker verified, because I couldnt believe it. I went to O'Reilly, 2 blocks away. They ended up filling my car with TWO quarts of oil. I paid $146 dollars for a 40k mile check up, with less than 20k miles on my 2019 vw gti, just so I could pay $62 more dollars for 4 quarts of oil. I have 2 left, just in case. Looking at other vw dealers for next time, because my car deserves better workmanship. More
The dealership was easily accessible and someone was available to help me as soon as I walked in to the service department. My service advisor Jason was friendly but not very informative and I didn’t re available to help me as soon as I walked in to the service department. My service advisor Jason was friendly but not very informative and I didn’t really feel like he knew much about which services were performed on the vehicle. I have limited knowledge on cars so I was expecting maybe a run down of what was performed and how the car looked as I’ve had at other dealers but it just felt a bit short. More
