This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had to deal with, I have had 2 other vw cars and have been coming to this dealership since 2014 and will not be returning after this experience. From doing recalls on my car and saying they will only take 2-3 days, to having my car for 63 days. The sales manager was amazing, he communicated with me and with everything in his ability to make it right after my car being in the dealership for over a month. Finally when I was told that my car was ready to be picked up, I came to pick up my car the air bag sensor was on (which never was on). When I brought this to their attention they told me they never did anything with the airbag but on the sheet (the print out of what was done on my car) one of the recalls was on the drivers airbag. Then they continued to tell me that it is result of “an accident” which I was not aware of and then they proceeded to try to blame it on me. I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership (and I have dealt with quite a few) as I have with this one More

Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable with my experience! When I was unsure of anything I was helped out and even recommended things that would be to my best benefit! Was told of door recall. Was told parts were there and brought car in. No loaner available, so even though I was farther than 10 miles, they drove me home. What was supposed to be a quick fix ended up leaving me without a car for four days. Really poor communication. Had to call to find out status. Now told they didn't have parts after they told me they had parts and bring car in. This is the first dealer that I have dealt with that didn't have loaners, particularly since it was a recall. I may have made a mistake getting a VW. More
