AT LEAST 75% OF THE TIME I RECEIVE MY TRUCKS BACK WITH SOME KIND OF ISSUE { TOOLS LEFT IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT WITH STUFF STILL DISCONNECTED, DEAD BATTERIES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSING FOR EXTENDED TIME SOME KIND OF ISSUE { TOOLS LEFT IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT WITH STUFF STILL DISCONNECTED, DEAD BATTERIES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSING FOR EXTENDED TIME, LAST JOB THEY FORGOT TO HANG THE OBD2 HARNESS AND LEFT IT UNPLUGGED AND IT DROPPED ON THE OWNERS LEG} CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE IN SERVICE, THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR CALLS AND YOU JUST HAVE TO GO THERE IN PERSON.
