my appointment was for 9:10 Monday morning, supposed to be a 4 hour job. I called shortly before closing that day to see if it was done, I was told they hadn't started on it until 3:30. It was not done at be a 4 hour job. I called shortly before closing that day to see if it was done, I was told they hadn't started on it until 3:30. It was not done at 10:30 Tuesday, at 2:30 I went to the service area and it still wasn't done. I said I would wait, they said it might be quite awhile, I said I would wait. two hours later they gave me my keys. When I brought my car in, I asked them to reset the oil change notification. I still had 3,000 miles to go, that was not done. I was told when I brought it in that they were short one technician,when I went in to wait for it I was told they were 3 technicians down. I told them that if that were the case, they should have rescheduled. I need my car, and this was unacceptable. This is the first time I have had a problem here. More

Absolutely horrible experience, Service writer had no clue as to what my recall on my vehicle entailed. Then she couldn't get a technician or any type of manager to find out about my recall. My appointment was for 7:30 in the morning, but I was told that the technician didn't get to work until 8:00. The job was supposed to take less than half the day, yet ended up taking most of it. More
