At 10 pm April 29, 2026 I took my f150 to Moses lake ford for an oil change. I asked the man at the service desk how long it would take. he said about 1 hour. At at 11:20 frustrated I went to the counter and asked why my oil change was not done. She said one of their oil change techs called in sick and that it was taking longer. I asked why the man that I checked in with didn’t say that. She said it typically takes 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. So I said again why did the man say it will take approximately 1 hour. If I had known about the sick technician and it would take over 1 1/2 hours I would have been fine or if they told me up front that it would take over 1 1/2 hours. Or they could have Told me in the lobby after 1 hour.20 minutes that it would be late I would have been fine. Instead I became very frustrated. More
