So I found a car I was looking for at this dealership, much cheaper than anywhere else. The only problem was the dealership is almost 4 hours away from where I live. I called them and Ethan, who ended up much cheaper than anywhere else. The only problem was the dealership is almost 4 hours away from where I live. I called them and Ethan, who ended up being my salesman, picked up the phone and answered zillions of questions I had with patience. He also sent me a detailed video of the car. He helped me run my credit over the phone and gave me the numbers I should expect. I never in my life went to a dealership and faced the same numbers we talked about over the phone. They usually grab you like hyenas and try to jack up the numbers, justifying imaginary fees they made up. Everyone who has ever bought a car has experienced this. Period. I went there and surprise. On the penny, exactly what we talked about. The fastest, easiest, smoothest purchase I ever had. The car was just as described. Did they offer me extended warranties for a fee? Yes. Did they push anything after I said no? No. They might not have made an extra grand or two from me that day, but they got a customer who will come back to buy another car and recommend them. Both Ethan and their sales manager Glenn did a great job making me feel at ease and comfortable. The car was approximately 2 to 3k cheaper than anywhere else I looked. 5 stars dealership.
