I’m usually not a fan of the entire car buying process, but I have to say my experience working with Cramer Auto and sales rep Johnathan K. has been the smoothest and most fastest experience I’ve ever had. but I have to say my experience working with Cramer Auto and sales rep Johnathan K. has been the smoothest and most fastest experience I’ve ever had. As soon as we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Johnathan had the vehicle I was interested pulled up to the front, the test drive was very easy going and informative, and his service remained that way throughout the time spent at the dealership . We were in and out of the dealership within two and a half hours including test driving the vehicle, trading in my previous vehicle, getting a finance quote, and finally driving off the lot with the new vehicle. All in all, I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
