Where do I begin. . we were referred by a friend. We live 4.5 hours away in Ft.Lauderdale. From the minute we made contact with James Norris, our experience has been no . we were referred by a friend. We live 4.5 hours away in Ft.Lauderdale. From the minute we made contact with James Norris, our experience has been nothing but perfect. When we first reached out, the vehicle we wanted was in a rail yard in Michigan. James kept us updated on every move the vehicle made until it arrived on the lot and we got a call as it was rolling off of the truck. Some modifications needed to be done and I thought for sure it would take weeks, but nope!! 1 day!! We made the 4.5 hour drive and finally met James in person. James was very personable and kind. He made sure we were happy with everything. The knowledge James had of our vehicle as he went over it with us amazing. It was overwhelming and I sure we forgot some but James made it clear we could call anytime with questions. I rate our entire experience a 12 out of 10 and would definitely recommend others from our area to make the drive. Well worth it. Almost forgot, it wasn’t just James… it was everyone we dealt with.
