Only issue was I was under the impression I was entitled to free oil changes as long as I owned the vehicle ... not reflected on the invoice, was in a hurry couldn't stop to ask for clarification. This was a follow-up service to a previous service that did not resolve the issue. Service Adviser Marcos Ortega wrote up the service order, provided a loaner vehicle, and called me as soon as the car was did not resolve the issue. Service Adviser Marcos Ortega wrote up the service order, provided a loaner vehicle, and called me as soon as the car was complete and ready for pickup. The only issue was the length of time it took for the write-up at drop-off and closure at pick-up. You may want to allow for flexibility of another person to step in and assist the Service Writer that was already a bit overwhelmed with a customer.
