He didn’t let us leave unless all of our questions had been answered. Everyone at the dealership was kind and they didn’t play games during the purchase process. Even the time spent signing the papers in financing was a pleasant experience. They thought of everything. I never knew what I had been missing. A few days after the purchase I had to take the car in of a computer software update. Everyone in the service department was helpful and kind. After getting my oil changed, Lakeland Cadillac found a few items that needed to be fix. I scheduled the appointment, they gave me a rental because the work was going to take the whole day.
