I was met by Chris immediately upon entering service area. I left my golden retriever in the car and "Cory" immediately LOVED Chris. The service was fast, complete and overall great experience. Chris explained all the service and checklist results. He said the car was perfect.....only 21K miles on a SUV I purchased in December of 2006, for Cory. Overall experience...flawless! All dealerships should be run like Bulldog Kia!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Came to get an oil change and door handle fixed, door was taken a while to fix service guy came out several times to tell me they were working on it not much longer!! I made an appointment for my 30,ooo mile service and when I arrived, Mr. Wegman promptly took care of the service. I told him I was trying to save some money so hold off on anything that wasn't necessary at I arrived, Mr. Wegman promptly took care of the service. World Class Customer Service! My wife and I went to have our 2012 Sorento serviced and had no intention of looking at another car. We left that day with another 2014 Sorento SX and my wife absolutely loves our 2012 Sorento serviced and had no intention of looking at another car. We left that day with another 2014 Sorento SX and my wife absolutely loves it. Jonathon Pace was our salesman and he made the entire process painless and really exemplified world class customer service. He drove 2 hours to go get the exact car my wife wanted and delivered it to us. He also had my wife come back in so he could explain all the features in the car to make sure that she was comfortable with it. This dealership has earned my business for a lifetime. I just referred my parents to Jonathon and now they are looking to get a 2014 Kia Optima. More
