Every other local dealership wouldn't give a straight answer when we asked what they had in stock and what the prices were. It was always "Come in and we can show you what we have." I understand that dealers want you to come by, but we were looking for a specific car, and we just wanted to know what they had so we weren't wasting our time or anyone else's. Santa Paula Chevrolet was the only dealership that we contacted that told us exactly what they had and how much they were asking. We loved this no-nonsense approach! And even better, their prices were extremely competitive- thousands less than other local dealerships! John Gonzales was professional, polite, and personable. Once my dealership but now not so much Was once my dealership but not anymore. I have bought two previous cars and had a good experience here. On the last car I paid for an extended warrant Was once my dealership but not anymore. I have bought two previous cars and had a good experience here. On the last car I paid for an extended warranty. I traded that car in to help my daughter get a car at another dealership. I contacted SP Chevrolet a couple of times to get the refund on the plan that I was owed. They responded asking for info but have not yet again since and it has been 2 months. I really liked this dealership and would even drive from thousand oaks for service. The unprofessional way they have handled this is not acceptable. At this point I would not recommend anyone to do business here. More
