This dealer gives fast and high quality service. With a large window in the waiting room, I watched the mechanics service and repair a number of cars and trucks. Not only were they fast and efficient, they even sprayed and cleaned the area in the engine bay, then wiped the excess dirt from the area that they worked on. My truck and the other cars that were serviced came out far cleaner than they were when they were brought in for service. I now plan to bring a car that I purchased from another dealer in for service due to the high quality work from the mechanics and the top notch service representative that helped me. More

My car's oil change was due but my schedule was tight for the next two weeks. I called Burleson Nissan late Friday to check how late the Service Deptartment was open. They were open until 6PM. I arrived the the next two weeks. I called Burleson Nissan late Friday to check how late the Service Deptartment was open. They were open until 6PM. I arrived there at 5:05PM. My car was ready and I was out the door by 5:30PM. Amazing! My Service Rep, Steve, was great and as always extremely courtesy, helpful and friendly. Burleson Nissan is by far the best place I've been for an oil change in over 50 years of driving. And their pricing is very reasonable. I'll be back for sure! More
