After making an all cash deal with this dealership for one of their used cars and putting down a substantial deposit they sold the car out from under me without any regard to the deal we had made. During the negotiations for the car a very low bid for a potential trade in was given. When I told them I had a much better offer from Carmax the salesman tried scare tactics to try to get me to make the trade, The salesman stated it would cost me thousands in taxes not to do the trade when in reality it wold be less than $500 dollars extra in taxes. Carmax had offered $3400.00 more cash than this dealership. After making the all cash deal the salesman called to say he had the keys so no one else could sell the car. Then the next morning the salesman texted me to say the car had been sold because his manager had failed to tell the other managers the car had a buyer with a deposit on hand. How does anyone sell a car they can't find the keys for? How does this get past the finance department that took my deposit? This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a used car salesman. I would never suggest anyone use this dealership. If you see a car you want here get another dealership to purchase it and deal with them instead. More
