Great from START TO FINISH!!! Matt Dasher referred me to Ryan Fritz after I called by looking up your dealership online to request a pick-up ride. Ryan picked up my wife and I at our home because our present car had died on Christmas Eve and we had no way to get there after having spent $416 in towing charges. We drove a few cars and finally nailed down an ELANTRA to our liking. Consequently, on New Year's Day, the new car got an unrepairable flat and I'm still putting my new found friend, RYAN to work. Incidentally, he even got his dealership to pick up our broken-down trade at their expense. You just can't beat that for GREAT SALESMANSHIP!!!! I finally was forced to take a day off to go and do the dreaded car dealership battle. I began the day with Dodge (Lucas) which i must say the salesmen were not motivated to sell a car and to top it off the car i wanted to test drive had a dead battery. Then i went to Ford (Lucas) this was amusing while i stepped through the cliche salesman gauntlet of "WOW thats a great deal" or "I have never seen a deal like this". Feeling tired and exhausted from the wait and let me talk to the manager i left defeated. I decided i had only 1 day and would try one last dealership so i went to Hyundai City. I walked around the lot looking at cars without any hassle. When i went inside Mark Manning was very friendly and really wanted to help me find a car. He took the time to show me multiple vehicles and thoroughly explain what vehicles would give the most for the money. My experience at City Auto was fantastic the sales team is honest and no hidden snake oil tricks. I will tell everyone i know that this is the best dealership in NJ. More
