I went in to see if I qualified for the key for key exchange program fully expecting to leave with my same car. Fred was outside (probably waiting for a customer :) ) and greeted me and my son when we stepped out of my car. He was very polite, extremely personable and knew a lot about the car I was interested in and what cars were available to meet my needs. He was patient and explained everything also answering all my questions, honestly on top of that. He didn't put any pressure on me and made every effort to get the car I wanted. My son, who is 6, accompanied me. Fred was nice to and treated him very well and even gave him treat because he was being good. My son later commented on how nice he was to him. I was also introduced to Mike who was very pleasant as well. He stopped by Fred's desk and took the time to address the concerns for my situation. He worked out a deal that fit my budget and I exchanged my old keys for new ones! Lastly, my finance guy was Rene and he introduced himself before I got to his office which was a pleasant surprise. He thoroughly explained all the documents sometimes twice if I had a question. He was kind to both me and my son as well. Overall, the experience was the smoothest car buying experiencing ever. The entire staff was great. I think I was in and out in 2 and a 1/2 hours. I would recommend this group to every one and continue to visit this dealership. THANKS!!!! More

They were interested in making a sale, but also in myself as a customer. They worked with me and were not pushy or rude. Once the sale was complete, Fred made sure all the little details were taken care of to get us in our new car as soon as possible. Great experience overall. More
