I cant say enough AMAZING things about this dealership. I have been coming here for the past 6 years to lease vehicles and have had nothing but the best experience. From the time I walked in 6 years ago I instantly felt like family and still do today. Their sales team has your genuine best interest in hand and is upfront with any question you need answered, honestly. In the past I have had Andrew Cinicci as my salesman who was incredible, he has since moved up to the finance manager and this year I had to use someone new. Was i skeptical at first? sure! I loved working with Andrew, but he referred me to Colin Flannery who was nothing short of incredible. Colin worked everything I asked/needed and fought for me and the price I wanted/was comfortable with for a car payment. Not once did he get frustrated or annoyed by having to run all around. Every step of the way, we knew Colin was on our side and wanted nothing but the best for us. Also as the finance office was backed up, Sam Silverman the general manager was able to get all of our financing done so we could be out the door as soon as possible and not wait hours on end to finish up. At Burns Hyundai its not about the sale for them, its about the longterm connections they build and the loyalty they're able to receive. I will not go anywhere else for another vehicle and have since were able to get two more people to go to their dealership this fall. I drive an hour and a half to get to burns Hyundai and it is worth every mile, gas, and toll to get there. They truly have an impeccable staff! More
