I traded in a 2008 Milan Premier for a 2009 Escape. The Milan I had was a GREAT car with a warranty still on it and perfect running condition. I traded it in because I wanted a small SUV because I live in Milan I had was a GREAT car with a warranty still on it and perfect running condition. I traded it in because I wanted a small SUV because I live in MN and I thought it would be smarter to have a 4x4 for our harsh winters. The truck was great(except they still didn't detail yet and it was out in the sales parking lot already, which should have been a warning). The body looked great with minimal scratches and no dents and it ran good when I test drove it! It has been only a couple months since I bought it and it already needs transmission work, new wheel bearings, brakes, and there is a smell in it which smells like a wet dog! I should have kept my GREAT car! I DID buy a warranty with it but I SHOULD NOT BE SPENDING THIS KIND OF MONEY ALREADY ON A CAR WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED OUT MECHANICALLY AND DETAILED!! I would NOT recommend this dealership! OH...and the salesman act like your friend up until they know your gonna get the vehicle and then ignore you for the next customer and sale. I made a bad mistake going here.....NEVER again! More

But buying our minivan from Burnsville Motors was an experience that was anything but regular. I can honestly say that my wife and I have never had an enjoyable experience buying a vehicle before. We can now say that we have! At Burnsville Motors we found it to be what buying a car should be like...exciting and easy. Jeff was fantastic to work with and not only gave us a great deal on the used Kia Sedona that we purchased from him, but also gave us a great deal on our trade-in as well. One of the things that Burnsville Motors stressed to us was how carefully they inspect their used vehicles before they buy and sell them. This is maybe the best part of what I can share, as it has been two years since that purchase, and the Kia that Burnsville Motors sold us still runs great, and we have never had an issue with it. These are the testimonials I am happy to take 5 minutes to share. Our experience was what it should be. It was easy. It was fun. And we drove off the lot feeling like we had made a great buy. I went to the dealership with a price that I could not negotiate on and was looking at a vehicle that was out of my price range. My fiance really wanted the vehicle and after explaining my price range I w negotiate on and was looking at a vehicle that was out of my price range. We have been taking our cars in for service for a little over 2 years and have always had great customer service, and we never have had any is years. Recently we decided to purchase a car from them and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Bryan was our salesperson and he was very helpful and friendly. They had just taken the car we bought in on a trade in and it had not been inspected yet, but we knew that if anything was wrong with the car they would make it right. We signed the papers and took the car home, and brought it back the in the next day for inspection. They ended up giving me a loaner car for the night so they could replace the brakes. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

They will not tell you the truth about the value of the car, and will hose you big time. They got me, then after I decided to take it, and was signing the papers, I found out I bought the car from a dea car, and will hose you big time. I went to a sale that they sent out a flyer for, with a key, which you were suppose to be able to try and start a truck. Guess what, no truck. They gave me a lottery ticket to scratch off. Was told the car had features, which I find out later it didn't have. I went to my local credit union and refinanced the car to find out that they had taken me for about three grand if you take into account the 2500.00 discount they gave me.
