If I have questions, all I have to do is call in and talk to John Snyder and he finds the answers. I do not know what I am going to do when it is time buy another Flex. I absolutely love my Flex. I am so disappointed that Ford is discontinuing the Flex. I drive back and forth to Florida 3 times a year. The Flex is a perfect vehicle for me, a comfortable driver. There is nothing out there like it. The height of the vehicle for egress is perfect. The amount of stowage is fantastic. And third row seating has leg room and comfort. Although it is a little funky looking, my kids call it "the flying toaster", with all my trips to Florida. But, there is nothing out there to compare it to. More
