I test drove 2 vehicles which were both clean inside and out (which surprisingly is not always guaranteed at other dealerships). The salesman I worked with was Ryan Kenny. He was very polite and listened to what I was looking for/what I was hoping for with pricing. He didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t want (e.g. trading in my current vehicle, taking on a higher payment than desired, etc) and took my requests seriously. At other dealerships I have actually had salesmen laugh in my face and/or talk down to me (I find this highly disrespectful). In the end we made a nice deal on a 2016 Acadia that I love and am completely satisfied with. I would recommend Burt Watson (and Ryan) to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. More

Condescending, go in for a fix, end up with more broken! Renee and Dave were highly disappointing. Our entire experience there has been frustrating and full of condescending behavior. They have created more issues for our vehicle and have the nerve to become irritated with us for wanting them fixed, the right way. The employees there have made light of issues we've had or said they do not exist even though we have video/audio/image proof. Long story short, Burt Watson service department has wasted our time (it is incredible how much time they've had to fix things and we would pick up our vehicle and xyz hadn't been worked on or parts ordered even though they should have been prior to us dropping the vehicle off) and treated us as if we have done something wrong consistently, whether it has been a issue under warranty or a whole new problem they created on our vehicle they are behaving as if they're doing us a favor and they've reached their limit with us, we should just suck it up and deal with a vehicle that has broken parts, whatever it may be because we've brought the vehicle in several times now. We cannot recommend this establishment especially the service department. They may come across as nice the first time, but the visits after that are not so. We've been extremely patient, when you treat people like this- people will write reviews Burt Watson! Also, you never know who knows who... things get back to customers that your employees have said while working on their vehicle. More

I wasted three hours in this dealership. They spend all of your time haggling with you. I was not given a fair value on my trade in (their first offer was 2500 less than another dealership) so I spent time of your time haggling with you. I was not given a fair value on my trade in (their first offer was 2500 less than another dealership) so I spent time waiting for the salesman to go back and forth with the manager trying to get me something more fair but not really what I wanted. When I had called that morning about the price of a certified used vehicle I was told one value and when I got there later, I was told it was 2500 more than I was on the phone. So I spent time waiting for the salesman to go back and forth to get the price back down to what I was told on the phone. Overall, I do not feel like I was treated fairly or professionally. If you enjoy the haggling of car buying than this is the place for you. I however prefer to be given fair values right of the bat and don't want to waste time hanging out in a car dealership. I do not plan to go to this dealer in the future. More
