The last time I was in for an oil change and tire rotation, the rotation wasn't done and I had to come back. This time the rotation was done but the tire inflation wasn't adjusted. Of the last five t rotation, the rotation wasn't done and I had to come back. This time the rotation was done but the tire inflation wasn't adjusted. Of the last five times that I've been in for an oil change, I've asked that the sticker for the next change to reflect 5000 miles, not 6k or 7k. Of the five times, the sticker was done correctly once. I drive nearly an hour for service because the other dealerships have lousy service. When I first started coming to Burtness, the service was great. The people have always been friendly and enjoyable, but small details seem to be slipping. I also asked about another possible problem to be checked and nothing was said about or referred to on the paperwork summary. Sorry to be negative, but it is frustrating. More
