Bush Auto Place started out originally as Jim Cook Chevrolet Buick in 1967. In 1970 George Bush and Jim Cook became co-owners and in 1984 Jim Cook retired from the business. Mark Bush took over the family business in 1987. In 1994 we acquired GMC trucks, Oldsmobile and Pontiac. Mark Bush is the General Manager and Owner of Bush Auto Place to this day. Mark resides in Wilmington, OH with his wife Andrea and they have three sons.

I paid $700 to get my power windows and door locks fixed one week and when I got it back the key fob and heated seats didn't work. I talked to the guy who gave me the keys and he told me to bring it back in one week and when I got it back the key fob and heated seats didn't work. I talked to the guy who gave me the keys and he told me to bring it back in and they would make it right. I brought it back in and it took 2 days for them to diagnose why the fob didn't work and told me it would be another $700 to fix that. I decided to bring it home to try and fix myself for cheaper. When I went to work on it I noticed the DSM fuse wasn't there so I put it a new 10 amp fuse in and now every thing works. I almost paid $700 to have someone fix something that I fixed with the spare fuse that came with the vehicle. Now I wonder if I really needed to pay $700 the first time. I paid for GMC Professional Grade Service and I got 'I know a guy who can do it cheaper service'. More
