Communication was poor. Oversold, under delivered. Car was in the shop twice back to back totaling almost 5 weeks. I had to call them to find out the status. If I hadn’t Oversold, under delivered. Car was in the shop twice back to back totaling almost 5 weeks. I had to call them to find out the status. If I hadn’t they probably would still have my car. Don’t buy into their lifetime power train warranty. By the time you pay for their service which is required to used the warranty you could pay for the repair. Have used their service for several repairs large and small and it is never done right the first time. They need to pay more attention to detail and completeness. Having my car for as long as they did means they certainly didn’t have to rush through the repairs. More
