The mailer is misleading with the intent of getting people into the dealer premises - it might not have been so frustrating if I hadn't fallen for the misleading information and driven over an hour to collect my prize. Even the fine print that supposedly outlines the 'true' details is misleading - nowhere on the mailer did it explicitly say that the matched symbols is NOT the prize you are winning. My defensive reaction by your GM when I got angry was icing on the cake. These reviews I've posted in several places are just the beginning honestly - I've started a complaint with the BBB for misleading advertising and my lawyer has contacted the MA Attorney General about the issue, and I am considering a claim in MA small claims court to recover at least fuel costs. If your dealer wants to stop these actions someone can reach out to me to reimburse me at least for the vehicle mileage costs (101 miles at $.55 mile, or $55.55, would cover it) and send a written apology from your GM. With those I will stop the BBB, MA AG and Small Claims actions and would consider removing some of the 8 negative reviews I've posted online. I will proceed with my actions with the Better Business Bureau and the Massachusetts AG. The ask me to leave because of 'unacceptable behavior' is a joke - he asked me to leave because I called him out on the blatant misleading advertising. The rules are not 'clearly stated' - if they were clearly stated there wouldn't be confusion like this. To make matters worse, my wife called in to confirm and we were told that we had won the large prize we thought we had won - so we were mislead twice. This unacceptable response has convinced me that potentially further action needs to be taken to protect others in the future - the two actions above may not even be the last you hear of me. It is clear from other reviews that your general manager that accuses me of 'unacceptable behavior' is universally loathed by your customers because of his misleading and sometimes aggressive mannerisms. Is this really the type of business you want to be known as? You'll be hearing from either me or my lawyer very soon.

My Dealer Review GoLive date is in two days and I just submitted the first phase of my BBB Complaint. At this point I'd accept either of my two requests to discontinue these actions - a signed, written apology from the General Manager that was disrespectful towards me that admits that the mailer is misleading, OR a check of gas station certificate to make up for lost fuel costs. I understand at this point you seem pretty set in your opinion that you did nothing wrong though so I am not expecting much of a response.
