First I was roped in by an incorrect price. I called to check the price of a vehicle on their lot that I was interested in, and they told me it was ~$7K less than the price I saw on the internet. I asked if he was sure (because I was in the middle of a sale with another dealership) and he confirmed that it was the correct price. I called back again later and it was confirmed by another employee. This dealership is over an hour from my house, so I was VERY disappointed when I got there and found out that they made a mistake. I took a look at the vehicle for the hell of it and found it was a great vehicle, and that it had everything I was looking for. Despite their mistake, they weren't willing to knock anything off the price of the vehicle. I'm also suspicious of their finance department because with a similarly priced vehicle, one dealership was able to give me a 4% APR, and Patriot was only able to offer me 6%. That's a HUGE difference. Were they not trying? I don't know. They told me it would be ready the following Monday. I drove down to pick it up after work (fighting 1.5 hours of traffic along the way) only to find out that it WASN'T ready. Fuming mad, I left and returned the next day to pick it up. Since then I've been very pleased with my vehicle, but I will NEVER return to their dealership. More
