I also purchased a 2016 Nissan Pickup Frontier and gave a referral name of Viola Johnson Coley in May from Butler Nissan of Macon. To Date, she has never received the Referral Money......I e-mailed both Dealership with all the information.........about 1 month ago......No luck..... I do certainly hope if I refer someone, I will receive the promise of the referral money. More

Happy repeat customer! We went back to Butler to possibly purchase a used car for our daughter for graduation and I needed to service my vehicle. We had already purchased a 2015 Altima and my sister purchased her Sentra from Butler. We already knew what we wanted to look at from the used inventory on the internet and had email and text correspondence with Berry and Erin, on a Sunday no less....FYI the dealership is closed on Sunday. We went Monday (Memorial day) Berry had the cars ready to test drive. We made our decision..... Thanks to Stacey for agreeing to our terms and our daughter drove home in a 2014 Nissan Versa! Berry, Erin and Stacey went above and beyond....and the service department is always wonderful! I will always make the trip from Warner Robins to Butler....5 Star needs to take some Customer Service tips from Butler because I'm pretty sure they are losing local buyers.
