Happy repeat customer! We went back to Butler to possibly purchase a used car for our daughter for graduation and I needed to service my vehicle. We had already purchased a 2015 Altima and my sister purchased her Sentra from Butler. We already knew what we wanted to look at from the used inventory on the internet and had email and text correspondence with Berry and Erin, on a Sunday no less....FYI the dealership is closed on Sunday. We went Monday (Memorial day) Berry had the cars ready to test drive. We made our decision..... Thanks to Stacey for agreeing to our terms and our daughter drove home in a 2014 Nissan Versa! Berry, Erin and Stacey went above and beyond....and the service department is always wonderful! I will always make the trip from Warner Robins to Butler....5 Star needs to take some Customer Service tips from Butler because I'm pretty sure they are losing local buyers. Thanks again Berry for making us laugh with your hilarious "ring tone" and customer service, thank you to Erin "it's a small world we live in" who knew...Punta Gorda and your pleasant conversation as well and again to Stacey for making the deal go smoothly! Customer treated like a celebrity The store's staff took the time to understand what I needed, asked relevant questions, and came into the break area every few mnutes to give me update The store's staff took the time to understand what I needed, asked relevant questions, and came into the break area every few mnutes to give me updates. They did not simply take my key and disappear, nor did they mind when I asked them to research the best tire replacement option for my truck. As a bonus, they washed my truck after it was serviced, which is something they clearly did not have to do. Amazing customer service. More
