I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Kolton at Button Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! I was visiting family in Kokomo, Indiana from North Carolina when the starter went out on my received from Kolton at Button Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! I was visiting family in Kokomo, Indiana from North Carolina when the starter went out on my Dodge Ram—definitely not what you want to deal with while out of town. Thankfully, Kolton and the service team came through in a big way. From the moment I called, Kolton was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He understood the urgency of my situation and got my truck in right away. The turnaround was impressively fast, and I was back on the road before I knew it. What really stood out, though, was that Kolton went above and beyond by taking care of the outstanding recalls on my truck without me even having to ask. That level of attention to detail and customer care is rare and so appreciated. If you’re ever in the Kokomo area and need quick, honest, and dependable service, do yourself a favor and ask for Kolton. He turned a stressful situation into a smooth and hassle-free experience. Garrett was nice to work with. The service department was quick taking care of my oil change and tire rotation. However, the safety issues with my Jeep compass are horrible. When I The service department was quick taking care of my oil change and tire rotation. However, the safety issues with my Jeep compass are horrible. When I take it thru the car wash in neutral it won’t go back into drive like it should. Even with putting brake on it won’t go into drive. I have almost been hit from behind with the way they pack you in. This needs to be addressed as a safety hazard! I’m not impressed with this Jeep. More

The people in the office were great, but my experience wasn't so good. Got breaks and rotors done, and left with a flat tire. Came back the next day to get it "fixed". They couldn't fi d the hole but said wasn't so good. Got breaks and rotors done, and left with a flat tire. Came back the next day to get it "fixed". They couldn't fi d the hole but said it was fixed, next day it was flat again. Came back and they said it was fixed but flat again next day. Finally the third time they found the hole and patched it. The tire hasn't been flat since but as soon as I pulled out my tire pressure sensor on that same tire went out. Didn't go back or call. I just gave up at that point. Lesson learned... More
