Dealership wanted to charge over $100 to diagnose a squeaking noise in the suspension that was a extender warranty fix. The vehicle had already been to a sister store, and they did not require such che squeaking noise in the suspension that was a extender warranty fix. The vehicle had already been to a sister store, and they did not require such check, they determined there was a squeaking but didn't have the proper tools to fix it. I am not happy with the service department the problem has been there for years and I will end up fixing it myself. So glad I spent thousands on a warranty that they did not use for this issue, very sad More

The only good experience about buying my car was while signing financial documents with Bobby. He was the only person that was very honest and clear. Everything else was very unclear and wishy washy. I scheduled a recall and when I got there they told me they didn't have the parts to fix the recall.
