I appreciate this dealership for their pick up service from KTP to the dealership. All I have to do is call and set up a pick up for my Jeep when it's time for the oil change, very convenient and much app from KTP to the dealership. If you can find somewhere else that’s reputable and doesn’t cost and arm and a leg I’d do it. Every time I come in here they seem to randomly increase their prices. You can never walk out of here witho doesn’t cost and arm and a leg I’d do it. Every time I come in here they seem to randomly increase their prices. You can never walk out of here without spending $2-300. Your employees need to have better communication with people regarding out of pocket costs BEFORE you give the ok to do something I didn’t agree to. More
