Couldn’t address radio concerns that I have had car in for multiple times and complained about for past 3 years and now told nothing they can do b/c warranty up. Still having transmission shudder after taking it in twice now and paying for 2nd transmission service even though it wasn’t due yet and getting shudder fixx put in and I do have warranty to cover transmission. Still not happy that car was not repaired correctly by body shop and lights were not working correctly causing us not to be able to drive the car safely and we had to pay out of pocket for a rental car for 3 months until we got Mike Lupoi involved to finally get car/lights fixed. Never got reimbursed a dime for the $6,342.39 rental car charges for all that time. Due to my job of transporting special needs clients in my car, it is checked for lights working properly by my employer and has to be signed off and it couldn’t be from October to February leaving me NO CHOICE but to pay for rental car or NOT be able to work. Then in March was told I had to have toe link replaced and we requested part back b/c made no sense to us for it needing replaced when alignment would have just been completed on car and no issues. Part in fact showed it did not need replaced so another $500 I should have never came out of pocket. About every other time I have to reach out to a manager or to Mike Lupoi when my car is there. I do appreciate Mike and his assistance and do trust him to get things made right. However I am not happy about my car’s current radio and transmission problems or the fact I have never been made right in regards to the rental car or toe link. More

From the scheduling to the service advisor they were pleasantly accommodating. I changed weather I was going to wait with the truck or take a shuttle with them 3 times and they were fine with either cho pleasantly accommodating. They presented me with options for other work, however minor, without pressuring me to get it done. Also, I asked for new tire options,which they printed out so that I could make a prudent choice on my own terms. Thank you Button for your professionalism. More
There not gonna do what u want but what they want but also could do what I asked them too.
