It was horrible. I asked an oil change employee name (Susan) a question about my vehicle. She yelled twice at me and was unprofessional and threatening. I asked her ' I asked an oil change employee name (Susan) a question about my vehicle. She yelled twice at me and was unprofessional and threatening. I asked her 'were you able to locate an oil leak?' Susan yelled at me stating 'I am not answering you, I'm not answering any of your questions, you need to find a service rep. I then said 'excuse me?' Susan irritated and irate again repeated her hateful reply, 'I'm not telling you nothing. I'm not answering your question about your vehicle. Go see a service rep rep.' I always thought you should be polite and kind to your customers. I guess I was wrong. I watched her body language I thought at one point she would assault or shove me. More
