We approached Mark Carroll about purchasing a vehicle since we have had prior dealings with him. Out of respect for our time (Mark was very busy) he asked Nick Kersey to work with us. The bells, whistles and computer apps were very daunting to the wife and I. Mr. Kersey talked us through most of them. Dealing with Chris Belt was super positive! He stayed late to figure what we would owe and present service plans for various items. He did not rush us and gave us time to evaluate the service plans. We did purchase several, but Chris gave us a day to understand how worthwhile they are. More
