"The service staff at Buzz Leonard Motors was very helpful..."

- art1966

The service staff at Buzz Leonard Motors was very helpful from scheduling the service appointment, to dropping off my vehicle, answering my questions and making sure I was satisfied. I will continue to use Buzz Leonard for all my future service needs.

"We drove to Panama City with our two young boys to visit..."

- hergy80

We drove to Panama City with our two young boys to visit relatives. The evening before we were to head back, our Town and Country wouldn't start. Our family recommended Buzz Leonard; they had just purchased a new car there and was very happy with the experience. We took our TC to the service center. They were very friendly. When we gave them our address, they asked how our visit was to FL. We explained how it was going great until now, and we were scheduled to head back home early the next morning. It takes a while with two little boys having to take breaks and such. If we weren't able to leave on time we'd be hard pressed to make it back home in time to be back to work. The team at the Buzz Leonard Service department immedately took our vehicle in and began working on it. The part they needed had to be delievered which caused some delays. But the technicians stayed late to get our vehicle started and running so we'd be back in time. This was the best service we have ever had. They even reached out to us, even though we'd probably never be back since we're from MI. It was truly a great service experience, and I was sure to tell my family in Panama City all about it.

"I bought a 2005 Mitsubishi Montero at the end of 04. I..."

- Customer1111

I bought a 2005 Mitsubishi Montero at the end of 04. I was told great prices at the "end of year sales". The process took "THREE" days! Someone was off, paperwork that needed to be done couldnt till a certain salesman was there, and of course the usual trade in debate...."how much my car was worth and what they were willing to give". I dont appreciate the tone or respect given. Traded a 2005 Crossfire but ended up needing more room so i thought why not go ahead...They only wanted to give $18,000 and the trade value was well over $20,000. I laughed and finally threatened to go elsewhere....they caved and gave me $21,000. After 6 months the brakes started to go, the headlights were shorting and the check engine light CONSTANTLY blinked. I took it in for repairs and was given a short and sweet answer... what are you doing wrong?? I was blown away that this was turned so guickly into my fault. The reason for the brakes going was "You are hauling way too much". I only have 1100 lb jet skis thats with trailer added in. I was given the finger basicly and called a liar...DO NOT BUY FROM BUZZ!!! My car was never repaired properly, warranty was never used, and i ended up leaving the car there.

"My son purchased a car in Davenport Iowa before he..."

- KBradley

My son purchased a car in Davenport Iowa before he reported to Tyndall Air Force Base for his first duty assignment. He and his father (a retired Marine) drove his new car to Florida. On the way they discovered a vibration, so we called our dealer who agreed to locate a dealer in Florida and pay for any needed repairs. Our dealer has communicated with Buzz Leonard's Service Department and they said it would be no problem. Our son has taken his car there 5 times and been sent home with a different excuse each and every time. This last Saturday he went in and was told that no small drive repair men were there and to come back Monday in the morning, this is after they had been told each time he came back that he is active duty and has to work Monday through Friday. We asked to make an appointment and they said no, just drop by and we'll take a look at it. This is the thanks my son gets for serving his country. We have been lied to, avoided, and treated with blatant disregard over this matter and I am completely disgusted with this dealership. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

"My husband and I went here because they had the car we..."

- codina

My husband and I went here because they had the car we wanted at the price we wanted it for. However, we spent most of the day there until the dealership closed. They let us take the car home overnight to finish the process the next day. The next day we spent most of the day there as well. We asked not to give a down payment. They did not tell us about the payment on the vehicle or anything until the end of the process. The payment was outrageous and they required a down payment. At that point, we were so worn out and desperate that we signed the papers and left. I cried the whole way home. Two weeks later I got a call from the loan company that financed us that the loan was not complete and they had a laundry list of things I already gave them. I then found out that the individual who did out financing paperwork got fired not even a week after he took care of us...or thought he did, anyway. The loan ended up being denied because my husband only had an interim driver's license, when they said that was OK. I had the car for about a month at that point and they called me up one day saying I needed to return the car. It wasn't all that upsetting, except for the fact that the guy had such a bad attitude with me when it was them who fucked up. My husband told them they can come get the car if they wanted it. Anyway, overall experience was the worst I could fathom, and being 8 months pregnant didn't help the situation. I will never go there again and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this experience.

- destinscuba

Every time I've gone there it's been bad...the first time I went for an oil change and wash, 3 hours later the oil was changed and not olny was the car washed but the interior was wet....this time went in to check on a tire(thought is was going flat, panel light came on) they said they could not find a whole, then two days later there was vibrations when driving, brought it back and now they say there are two bent rims...now to top it off the delivery of the parts is late and they can't seem to track down where they are at.
