The associate that. checked me in and out on Dec. 30th treated me with courteous respect. Always good to provide service and accept coupons. Wish they could resolve my squeaky brakes but they're brand new so must be weather related. Still am not crazy about the squeak. Was so impressed with my first service experience with Byers Subaru! Tanner the Service Specialist was great coordinating my first service on my used Outback with a previously ordered parts installation. Byers Subaru! Tanner the Service Specialist was great coordinating my first service on my used Outback with a previously ordered parts installation. Both he and the parts department were pleasant, polite and professional. The waiting area is amazing! Everything anyone could ask for from public and private work areas, excellent coffee and snacks to a play areas for both children and dog. Well worth my drive! More
