I came in to have my rear brakes done but had noticed water on the passenger side floor board and they immediately knew I had a clogged AC and fixed it while I was there!! This dealership has a brand nee service center and waiting area which is nice. But the customer service people really need better training. Each time I come here I experience a similar situation. I came last week and pulled my car in through the door. I get out of the car and stand waiting for a few minutes. No one greets me, approaches me or tells me where to go. So I just stand there awkwardly. There are two people standing at a desk but they don't acknowledge me. Finally someone randomly walking by asks if I have been helped and I saw no. He goes to get a person at that desk that has already saw me pull in and done nothing. The person Finally came over to give further instructions, but it is a weird experience all around. Not very friendly and left feeling like it's an inconvenience for me to bring my vehicle there. The woman at the payment counter was great however and the only saving grace. More
