Very disappointed how I was treated when I couldn’t be upsold for services. Service advisor was rude and dismissive. I was really disappointed in my interaction. On a recent previous visit they overfilled upsold for services. Service advisor was rude and dismissive. I was really disappointed in my interaction. On a recent previous visit they overfilled my oil by a significant amount. For the last 3 visits I received drastically different readings on my brakes as well. I just replaced my rear brakes less than a year ago and as told they are getting thin. I was told my brake reading for the front was much higher than last time. I don’t know what to think or believe but I’m becoming untrusting of the service and after years of coming to Byers I’m actively seeking to service elsewhere. More

I needed diagnostic for oil light and loss of oil. The diagnostic was fine, the advice was that I could continue to drive, but I was low a quart of oil. I asked that it be topped up. Byers Dublin Subaru is always a great visit where service, sales, or warrantee is accomplished in a way where customers are taken care of in a very friendly, professional, competent, and accommodativ service, sales, or warrantee is accomplished in a way where customers are taken care of in a very friendly, professional, competent, and accommodative manner. They must work hard at figuring out how to do things right. With the today's auto costs where they are, it is great knowing what ever is being done is being done right.
