I recommend getting the parts needed from another local reputed work shop, buy the parts from reputed Auto parts and get it fixed paying just the labor. Dealers always charge twice the charge for the lost reputed work shop, buy the parts from reputed Auto parts and get it fixed paying just the labor. Dealers always charge twice the charge for the lost sales that they had . I have hands on experience with the staff at this location, They do charge for shuttle service which is already included in the initial diagnosis fee. Renting a car costs much less than asking these folks for shuttle service. If we question hidden charges, the service department manager , Mike (Nov 2024) accuse you for being disrespectful. So please shop around before settling with these folks for service , which saves lots of money. More

Irritated that they didn’t fix the problem. The first time more irritated at my Subaru, not letting me reset the calibration myself This is something I did often on my previous Honda. All of the service people I dealt with were exceptionally nice and helpful. More
