Service department is excellent. I am 77 years old and from Louisville, KY. I am receiving cancer treatment at OSU. When we retirned to our 2021 Subaru Outback it would not start, I am 77 years old and from Louisville, KY. I am receiving cancer treatment at OSU. When we retirned to our 2021 Subaru Outback it would not start, the battery was dead. Campus securiti jump started my car. I called the service dept. in Dublin at 4:30 PM and spoke to Brandon. He assured me that if we got there before 5:00 PM he would take care of things. He and Brittany did. I rate them AAAA++++!!!!! There are two Subaru dealerships in Louisville and neither one comes close to Byers in quality of service. More

Everyone at the dealership is always so nice, communication so far has been thorough and the service is always fast! The central call center is a little less informed than they should be, but i communication so far has been thorough and the service is always fast! They just don’t get the length of time quite right that you’ll need to have your car at the dealership, which isn’t a problem for me because I live crazy close, but it probably would be a hassle for someone else More
