Exceptional Experience! I went in to have a vehicle repaired. They did that repair in a timely manner for an acceptable cost. The vehicle was out of warranty. It is my wif I went in to have a vehicle repaired. They did that repair in a timely manner for an acceptable cost. The vehicle was out of warranty. It is my wife's vehicle so I looked at getting an extended warranty through an outside source. I looked around and found another vehicle and I went to talk to a sales guy. I described my situation and he mentioned a few other options. One was a better equiped vehicle at a better price. I went to go get my wife to show her the vehicle. She liked it and we decided to buy the vehicle. We were taking the vehicle back to sign the papers and there was a "summer car" that was going to cleanup. It caught both our eyes. When they told me the price, I about died....it was thousands under KBB. We bought them both. I am about one notch under feeling like I won the lottery. More

Unbelievable I called on Monday to get information on a car they had listed online. The sales guy was helpful, sending pictures and video. Based solely on the pi I called on Monday to get information on a car they had listed online. The sales guy was helpful, sending pictures and video. Based solely on the pictures on the web and the ones provided by the sales guy I agreed to buy the car, they let me know that the price was automatically lowered online and was below what they paid on trade. On Tuesday I filled out the credit form online, outlined a plan to make the 7 hour trip pickup the car. They told me I was all set. On Wednesday night I received a text, not a phone call, notifying me the car had "just drove off the lot", sold by another sales guy. The explanation, a car is still for sale until the papers are signed, it was hid in back in hopes somebody else didn't show up. It would have been nice to know when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do before I arrived. Personally, I think they got a better offer. Shady!! More
