We have purchased two new Outbacks from C&S; the first in 2015 and the most recent last month. The first time, we shopped 6 or 7 Subaru dealers in a radius from our home, one being our local dealer only a fe 2015 and the most recent last month. Scott Thurn at C&S did such a genuine, terrific job in all aspects on the first purchase, we never considered going elsewhere this time. Things were as great this time. Scott KNOWS his stuff and is a pragmatic, nice person. Instead of the sinking anticipation of having to listen to the typical car sales person tactics, we truly looked forward to seeing Scott again and working with him. He thinks outside the box and is savvy on things like getting vehicles from other dealers, even in this crazy used car market. For both of our purchases, Scott delivered remarkable early on his estimate. A pleasant surprise was Cody the finance person. He is a down-to-earth, practical sort of person. He did not hard sell anything, which put is at ease. He was very patient in answering questions and crunching numbers (I am an accountant, so I was probably driving him nuts!). Being at such ease allowed is to listen and internalize some options and make the best choices for us. Overall, we are elated with C&S and strongly urge anyone we know to forget the local Subaru dealer and drive to Waterloo!! More

We called C&S to inquire about a specific vehicle that we had on order with another dealership.
